You, and you alone, get to determine whether you are going to react positively about something or negatively about something - or, interestingly, have no reaction at all. Your emotions are entirely under your control. Your feelings are what you want them to be.

If you saw you as God sees you, you would smile a lot.

Do not dismantle the house, but look at each brick, and replace those which appear to be broken, which no longer support the structure.

Don't close off the possibility of new truth because you've been comfortable with an old one. Life be-gins at the end of your comfort zone.

Know that what you do in the time of your greatest trial can be your greatest triumph

The first step of gratitude is to see the gift...if you are in the middle of difficulties and problems, how can you feel gratitude? You've got to fight to find the gift even in the difficulty...when you shift your perspective from the perspective of the mind because life will never make sense to your mind...mind is very logical and life is not. In order for life to make sense you've got to be out of your mind and you've got to be into your soul. When you begin to see life from the perspective of your soul then even in the midst of the worst of it you can see the gift.

Seek to create change in your life not because something is 'wrong' ? but because it no longer makes an accurate statement of 'who you are'.
