I think you first have to get into Kim Jong-un's head, you know, which is he's in a state of paranoia. He's incredibly concerned about anything and everything around him. I think these nuclear tests were a message to South Korea after the election. So what we're going to do is continue to tighten the screws. He feels it. He absolutely feels it. And we're going to continue, whether it's sanctions, whether it's press statements, anything that we have to do.
Nikki HaleyRussians are concerned by North Korea. I mean there's - this is getting kind of close to home for them. And so they're concerned. And I think certainly what we're going to start doing is rallying the troops again and say, ok, what do we need to do next?
Nikki HaleyI think what we're seeing is that they're testing each other. Russia is testing us, we're testing them, it's part of just, you know, the new president Donald Trump coming in and President Vladimir Putin having to figure out his place.
Nikki HaleyThere's never a good time to fire someone. That's not something that anybody is - that's never going to play out well. But at the end of the day, the president has to surround himself with a team that he can trust. Donald Trump is going to surround himself with a team that he thinks is going to represent and secure the United States properly.
