I was kind of a jock in school. Beauty wasn't something I spent a lot of time on.

When I fly, I never check my bags. I bring a carry-on, an eye pillow, noise-canceling headphones, a big pillow and a blanket.

I mean, I love to try and cook. I'm pretty good, but I'm not saying I'm great.

Actually... I'm starting a new thing and rebelling against ridiculously high heels. It's inhumane.

The 'Degrassi' producers were very supportive. They sent me flowers when I got 'The Vampire Diaries,' and then as soon as it premiered and got the great numbers that it did, I got another large bouquet of flowers from them. Every time I go back to Toronto, I see them and hang out with them.

I want to do things where the talent range is difficult and that scare me. I thrive on that; if it's not scaring me then I'm not growing.

If I feel confident wearing something, I think it translates in photographs. It changes my demeanor and posture.
