The possibility of interpersonal communication has increased substantially with contemporary technology. But as compared with the major changes, which were long ago, these are not huge.

A few months later came the expected military coup - a very vicious military junta took over, of which the United States was passively supportive. But the United States pretended that they were "economic refugees."

At the peak of the so-called great success of neoliberal economics, in 2007, right before the crash, non-supervisory workers were at wages considerably lower than in 1979, when the neoliberal assault was taking off.
