It is not a lack of spiritual experience that leads to failure, but a lack of working to keep our eyes focused and on the right goal. At least once a week examine yourself before God to see if your life is measuring up to the standard He has for you. Paul was like a musician who gives no thought to audience approval, if he can only catch a look of approval from his Conductor.

Faith is unutterable trust in God, trust which never dreams that He will not stand by us.

The peace that Jesus gives is never engineered by circumstances on the outside.

There is only one relationship that matters, and that is your personal relationship to a personal Redeemer and Lord. Let everything else go, but maintain that at all cost, and God will fulfill His purpose through your life. (This includes meeting the needs of your heart.) One individual life may be of priceless value to God's purposes, and yours may be that life.

Our salvation comes to us so easily because it cost God so much.

Never allow the thought, 'I am of no use where I am.' You are certainly of no use where you're not.

Never make a principle out of your experience. Allow God to be as creative with others as He is with you.
