The US is not a superpower. The US is a financially dependent country that foreign lenders can close down at will. Washington still hasn’t learned this. American hubris can lead the administration and Congress into a bailout solution that the rest of the world, which has to finance it, might not accept.

Tariffs protect ill-considered government policies, such as costly regulations and high taxes on labor and capital that make our goods uncompetitive in international markets.

A country that goes out of its way to imprison the innocent has no business preaching democracy to the world.

Justice is no longer a concern of the justice system.

The United States has collapsed economically, socially, politically, legally, constitutionally, and environmentally.

Consistency may be the hobgoblin of little minds, but law, morality and leadership demand it. Without consistency, there is privilege.
