For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh, for the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, Jesus himeself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil.

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.

And thus I aspire to preach the gospel, not where Christ was already named so that I would not build on another man's foundation.

Let the husband render to his wife the affection owed her, and likewise also the wife to her husband.
