I stay grounded because everyone around me floats

Most of my company is run by women. There's a certain sensitivity to what I want to express, so that's what I want around me.

The simplest way to say it is that I think we're all dealt these cards in life, but the cards in and of themselves don't read one way or the other. It's up to you to home in and cultivate whatever you've got in your hand.

I answer questions the best I can.

I try not to cry, in general. The experience of crying is so emotional and uncomfortable for me that I don't like to go there.

I'm not mainstream at all. I can make mainstream music and I make music for mainstream artists, but me, myself, I'm not mainstream.

I like to browse and just hang in bookstores.
