The last thing you want to do as a creator is take something of someone else's when you love him.

I'm always consciously trying to make what I feel is missing.

Most of my company is run by women. There's a certain sensitivity to what I want to express, so that's what I want around me.

So many people just have that innate thing that allows them to express themselves in a way the majority can follow. That's when you're affecting culture.

Remember my first tenet in getting dressed is how you feel in the morning. So if you're not being true blue to that, it usually shows.

Failure hurts pretty bad. But when you got good people around you they remind you that failure is actually just a lesson. It's how not to walk so you don't fall again.
