I find I'm an old soul.

It's important to look people in the eye and have direct conversations. I actually have a rule that if an issue takes more than five sentences to explain it, don't send an email. Pick up the phone instead, because it'll take less time to resolve it.

I believe clothing tell a story.

I realize I never stand out in a room unless I'm feeling balanced, centered and happy. It sounds really corny but it's very, very true.

A person's life is of their own making, and I take full responsibility for mine.

I'm a big proponent of young women dressing appropriately in the workplace to get ahead. We need to demand respect as women, and part of that involves how we present ourselves.

I love to smell like roses, literally all day!
