Adbusters' is my favourite reading material, so as soon as you go there, the synapses start firing in a different way. You start taking on things that sometimes I feel are out of our control. That's what basically fuels my creative side.

There's so much testosterone when you raise three boys, so much energy ... I don't think as a parent you're meant to control them, you're meant to guide them. Especially with their dynamic personalities, that's the challenge and that's half the fun - trying to keep them on the tracks.

I think as a parent if you don't understand the perils of social media and what it does to kids, you're neglectful because it's probably the biggest polluter in a child's mind.

I'm just interested in having a handle on my environment.
