Morality is the object of government.

In the morning, or when their intellect or their conscience has been aroused, when they hear music, or when they read poetry, they are radicals.

Music takes us out of the actual and whispers to us dim secrets that startles out wonder as to who we are, and for what, whence, and whereto.
