Love flows. Love doesn't know boundaries. The mind creates boundaries. The mind creates the boundary of separate me and you. The heart just keeps embracing and opening out.

We are all affecting the world every moment, whether we mean to or not.

I think it's darkness before the dawn, because the next evolution is going to be a consciousness evolution instead of a communication revolution.

Unconditional love really exists in each of us. It is part of our deep inner being. It is not so much an active emotion as a state of being. It's not 'I love you' for this or that reason, not 'I love you if you love me.' It's love for no reason, love without an object.

The heart surrenders everything to the moment. The mind judges and holds back.

It's very hard to grow, because it's difficult to let go of the models of ourselves in which we've invested so heavily.
