I don't train for sports. I've never trained for sports. I train for life, and sport is just a part of that. So when I start training, that's lifestyle training and that's why I go through so many things, whether it's yoga, kickboxing, wrestling or swimming.

I like college football a lot, because it's the dream that you're chasing. The dream of one day possibly making it, with the harsh reality that only one percent make it.

Some people take certain things and they try to forget what that pain felt like. I don't. I take that same pain and I chase it every time I walk in a weight room.

The hardest thing to do is work hard when no one is watching.

Bottom line, your body is a temple, and you have to treat it that way. That's how God designed it.
