Then we can make intelligent decisions later, and you and I can have more intelligent conversation about what to do about it.

I mean, Rex Tillerson is in the business of exploring and finding oil across the globe.

We have to protect America. So I'm all for finding out how in the world this stuff is happening and so that we can put systems in place to protect Americans.

Rhetorically, President Obama is a champion of bipartisanship. In practice, though, he is almost always its enemy.
