We’ve seen with this president, experience matters. When that phone call comes at three o’clock in the morning, I will be up and ready for the call because I will know what’s going on in the world around us.

We are seeing it. We are seeing the fabric of this country fall apart, and it’s falling apart because of single moms.

Earlier in my political career, I had the opportunity to read the speech, and I almost threw up.

I do care about not 99 percent or 95 percent. I care about the very rich and the very poor. I care about 100 percent of America.

Why? Because free prenatal testing ends up in more abortions and, therefore, less care that has to be done, because we cull the ranks of the disabled in our society.

We went into a recession in 2008 because of gasoline prices. The bubble burst in housing because people couldn’t pay their mortgages because of $4 a gallon gasoline.

Stand up for your principles, but be a decent human being while you're doing it.
