The speed will increase and the players will be better, but also the players around you will be a lot better. It all cancels itself out.

Whenever you can relate to the population of the team that you play for, I think it makes it that much more special.

Respect talent. Get respect where respect is due, but don't be caught up in yourself where you do things obliviously and not pay attention to what is going on.
