Your job isn’t to make money. It’s to find a problem that needs solving.

Average investors are on the outside trying to look into the inside of the company or property they are investing in.

Critics only make you stronger. You have to look at what they are saying as feedback. Sometimes the feedback helps, and other times, it's just noise that can be a distraction.

You have a choice in life. Would you rather be lonely or miserable? I would rather be lonely. A lot of people are miserable in a marriage and they don't get along with their wife or husband and it's not worth it.

Get out of your own way. Often, we're our own worst enemy when working towards our goals.

I don't know why I am internally a violent person. I don't have the normal nerve endings most people do, which was very good for me as a pilot in Viet Nam. When most people are afraid, I'm actually quite excited about things. The more dangerous something is, the happier I am.

You choose the #life you live. If you don't like it, it's on you to change it because no one else is going to do it for you.
