A three billion year old planet floating in the vast universe with mountains, seventy percent seas and oceans, fertile lands, immense forests, rivers and lakes, sea shores and deserts, this is where we humans have the privilege to live, the latest, most advanced newcomers in evolution. What an immense, incredible responsibility we have to be a right, positive element in the further evolution of that planet. That is the big question before us in the new century and millennium.

Do you eat decayed food? No. Well, don't feed your mind with decayed books. Be as careful with the nutrition of your mind as you are with the nutrition of your body.

Encourage your trillions of faithful little cells through joy, happiness and confidence. Thank them, talk to them, sing to them.

Treat every moment of your life with Divine respect. Love passionately your God-given miraculous life.

Help me always to speak the truth quietly, to listen with an open mind when others speak, and to remember the peace that may be found in silence.
