These days I'm headquartered out of Las Vegas, which is what I consider and the world considers to be the entertainment capital of the globe. It's been interesting because I've seen the rise of Vegas and in recent years I've seen the fall of Vegas. It's now interesting to take a look at it as it begins its bounce back again.
Robin LeachThere are some people who get money just because they've got large families. So if it pays to make large families and earn more money than you would earn out at work, why not have more families, larger families? That's wrong.
Robin LeachTravel is very subjective. What one person loves, another loathes. I would say a private paradise in the Caribbean. If you want culture and class, I would say Tuscany. If you want exotic, I would say Bangkok, Thailand.
Robin LeachI built the ideal house down in the Caribbean. All Englishmen dream of leaving the rain of England and getting a place in the sun - out in the grounds with separate guest houses; that is the ideal scenario.
Robin LeachSo, you're seeing the Rolls-Royces and the Bentley's still selling for big prices. You're seeing jewelry still selling, art works at auction. There was a diamond that sold for I think 38 million, 48 million, something like that just a week ago. So prices are back up to their highs, getting stronger and more and more people seem to have more and more money to spend.
