Many reasonable prosecutors have come to the conclusion that they would have brought such a case that Hillary Clinton was extremely careless in the handling of national security information. I would have brought such a case and I would have won such a case. And I've prosecuted cases like that in my years in the Justice Department.

He changed his position on virtually everything. I'm a moderate Republican, that's what I am, so I'd be inclined to support someone like Mitt Romney. But all those changes give me pause.

We have a lot of precedence for that; we've done that in the past. Or maybe that you want to sort of put that behind you. I don't know, that's - that's a tough decision [ seeking a special prosecutor for Hillary Clinton].

I know the bottom of the Justice Department, and I know the top.

And if you have a law that isn't working, and you have thousands and thousands and millions of people, then the terrorists hide among them. And we have to have a law that makes sense.

It's part of the Constitution. People have the right to bear arms. Then the restrictions of it have to be reasonable and sensible. You can't just remove that right. You've got to regulate, consistent with the Second Amendment.

My advice would be that once [Donald Trump] enters office, there should be a separation, a blind trust or some kind of blind trust.
