I see a comparison between the two [Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump]. Peace through strength. What Chris Matthews don't grasp is that day Donald Trump gave a speech in which he said he's going to build the U.S. military up to Ronald Reagan levels.

I took over a city that had two riots in four years and I had none. And they knew they couldn't riot on me. And when I saw the people on the street in New York City, I said to myself, you're breaking Giuliani's rules. You don't take my streets. You can have my sidewalks, but you don't take my streets, because ambulances have to get through there, fire trucks have to get through there.

I think abortion is something that, as a personal matter, I would advise somebody against.

All I do is see all these incidents of [Hillary Clinton's] coughing all the time. I don't know what it is.

Now we understand much more clearly. why people from all over the world want to come to New York and to America. It's called freedom.

We should be tolerant, fair, open, and we should understand the rights that all people have in our society.

I do think you have sort of a general philosophical approach that you want from a justice, and I think a strict constructionist would be probably the way I'd describe it.
