I don't think the political class has the slightest idea even yet what is in store for them. And I'll tell you something else, too. I'm not sure, based on a couple things, that even the Republicans in the House and Senate are ready for this. I mean, the breakneck pace with which Trump is going to attempt to get his agenda implemented and the techniques and the methods that he will use to do so.
Rush LimbaughThe Democrats have to be stopped and that's going to be what ultimately brings us everybody back to sobriety here.
Rush LimbaughIf Hillary Clinton wins, she becomes the face of the Democrat Party. She becomes the face of the power. She becomes the focus of attention for the media and everybody else - rendering Barack Obama not invisible, but certainly secondary status. I have my doubts about that. I think there is such devotion - media - for and to Obama that I think he's gonna remain prominent no matter who is elected president, and I think that he is going to seek to undermine anyone, whoever they are, if they try to undermine or unravel any of his so-called achievements.
Rush LimbaughI think it's a scary thing for a lot of people to think of the government not being involved in their lives, particularly single women.
Rush LimbaughNow, the Clinton campaign, you must understand something about the Clintons, and it's true of [Barack] Obama, and it's true of most Democrats. They are always in campaign mode. Even after they win elections, they stay in campaign mode in terms of how they reach people.
Rush LimbaughWe cannot meet 'em [Democrates] halfway. We can't cross the aisle. These people, I'm talking about the left wherever you find them, the Democrats, they have to be defeated.
Rush LimbaughWe're not obligated to watch ourselves be dissolved away simply because it's not fair that we're so big and powerful. And a lot of people think that it is. And it's not. It's not an obligation. You wouldn't let your own home be treated this way. You wouldn't let your own neighborhood be treated this way. And you don't have to let your own country, either.
