I just think the more the media uses their time-honored blueprint techniques to destroy Republican politicians... It hasn't worked on Trump yet, and they've been trying it a year and a half, folks. We're dangerously close here to the definition of insanity: "Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result." It's not Trump who's insane. Trump's having the time of his life.
Rush LimbaughHonest to God, so International Women's Day, just like May Day and just like Earth Day, all have roots to Marxism and the Bolsheviks and the Soviets.
Rush LimbaughTrump doesn't need to spend a dime to get his message out. Trump doesn't have to run an ad. Trump doesn't have to run a series. He doesn't have to pay people to show up. He doesn't have to buy TV advertising, because he gets more coverage than the combined advertising the rest of the Republicans could buy. And aside from the overwhelming, significant upset that is, the very fact of all that ticks them off. Donald Trump has direct access to his supporters. And you know who gives it to him? The media.
Rush LimbaughNew York Times, Washington Post, AP, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC. And they're all the same thing. If you miss one of those, doesn't matter. You miss ABC, watch NBC. It'll be the same thing. If you miss the Washington Post, go the New York Times. Be the same thing.
Rush LimbaughWhen the media would call and want to interview me, I thought it was 'cause they really wanted to find out what I thought about things. I thought it was because they really wanted to find out who I am. That's not what they wanted. They already in their minds knew who I was and they didn't like it, and they wanted face-to-face opportunities to expose my defects and my problems and my racism and bigotry and all this.
