One thing people are gonna have to understand about Trump: He's not stupid; he's not a bull in a china shop. You may end up disagreeing with him profoundly. You may not end up not liking him at all before this is over. I don't know. But he's not dumb, and he's not ignorant, and it's not that he doesn't know what he's doing. He knows exactly what he's doing and is doing it for a reason.

One thing is for sure. The Drive-By Media is populated with people who are not just biased and bigoted and prejudicial. It's obvious that they are also the victims of an absolutely pathetic education system.

There's nothing wrong with loving your country. There's nothing wrong with caring about who gets into your country. There's nothing wrong about wanting your country to be great. There's nothing wrong with thinking that the country comes before the world. There's nothing wrong at all, and that's been wrong in the past and we're gonna make it right. We're gonna love America, we're gonna unify, we're gonna make America great again.

When a poll is really, really out of whack with what I want to happen, I do have a tendency to disregard it.

When I lived in California, 1984 to '87, it was a Republican state. Sacramento where I lived was 73% Democrat voter registration, when I got there. It was in the sixties when I left. We had amazing success in converting Democrats in Sacramento. But Pete Wilson, Ronald Reagan, all people elected governors and so forth, it's only been with the advent of the 1986 immigration bill that we lost California, if I might say, and now it's just gone so far left they're seriously talking about seceding.
