The American experiment, the United States in the past eight years [2008-2016] was not considered worthy of leading, because we had committed too many transgressions. We didn't have the moral authority to lead anybody because we had too many injustices in our past and too many discriminations and too many thises and thats and so forth. We were not worthy of leading, and we had been leading for too long in all the wrong directions. It was really, I think, despicable.

If you're going to offer a position of great power and importance to somebody, you're not gonna do that publicly unless you know they're gonna accept it, because to refuse it is a rebuke.

Trump is an open book. You look at him and all you have to do is listen. He'll tell you who he is. He'll tell you what he thinks. He'll tell you what he's thinking about. He'll tweet it out, and it will be honest and from his heart.

The Democrats are losing power in every election. And I think that's part of the panic. They want us to believe that the behavior and panic is rooted in an absolute outraged offense over this president that we have, this is just unacceptable and some maniac like Trump is so out of the ordinary, out of the norm, has to be stopped. I don't think that's what it is. I mean, it's part of it. But I think there's a much larger panic that is taking over the Democrat Party. And it's gonna implode on 'em.

A civil right is the most powerful right anybody can have. And people who oppose them are bigots. So you categorize what you want as a civil right, you immediately establish your opponent as a bunch of bigot hayseeds making it easier to defeat them.

The media would love to be able to ignore Donald Trump, but they don't dare. He draws too big a crowd. They've done everything they can that they usually do when they try to take a candidate out, or anybody else they want to take out. None of it works.

Donald Trump has assembled a group of people who know how to, quote, get it done, whatever it is. Now, the left is not gonna be happy with the things they want to get done. And they're gonna continue to oppose it even when they benefit from it, they are going to continue to oppose it, unless Trump comes in with massive tax increases when of course the Democrats will sign on for that.
