Everything [Ted] Cruz was doing was legal, it was aboveboard, but it was portrayed as Cruz is the villain, and here's [Donald] Trump and what he wants and will he get it? "Will he get to 1,237 before the convention? And if he doesn't, will they block him?"

When you find your passion, that becomes your energy source and that becomes what you commit yourself to.

These people in media have a personal attachment to Barack Obama and his presidency and his legacy. And so Trump... It's just another of many reasons why Trump has to be diminished, destroyed, impugned, or what have you. But Middle East trip is so phenomenally successful, so phenomenally positive that they can't report it because it doesn't fit with the Trump whom they have painted in the last six or so months. But it's still getting out there.

Is it any wonder somebody like Donald Trump is racing through the presidential primary process?

You're in the car, you're talking to somebody, the radio's on, music's playing, you're not really listening to it; you're aware of it; that's passive.

Collective solutions to individual problems is very seductive. It's how Obama gets elected, by the way.

What the Democrats have done is tell the poor and the middle class that the Democrats are looking out for 'em. Democrats are gonna get even with those rich people. They're gonna get there, and they're gonna have theirs taken away. They're gonna lose theirs, and you're supposed to feel good about that. You, who are poor or middle class, are supposed to feel happy, not because you have any more than you had. You're supposed to be happy because the rich that you hate have finally been screwed like you think you were screwed.
