The biggest challenge I have is to learn when somebody doesn't really mean what they're saying 'cause I don't say something I don't mean. I live in Literalville.

George W. Bush was interviewed by NBC. He was on the Today show and he was asked about President Trump's visa suspension. They asked Bush what he thinks about this, and if I'm not mistaken, I don't think he mentioned [Donald] Trump by name, but he said "I wish our immigration system were more welcoming," is what he said.

New immigration plan is about legal education. It allows educated people who want to become Americans to stay and become Americans. It was nothing but common sense. It went over the heads of the media because their prejudicial bias did not permit them to even understand this was about legal immigration.

He who wins the independents wins the White House. That's a liberal Democrat trick, by the way.

I have not missed anything in terms of learning or being informed by not watching cable news. That's not the way it's supposed to be. The news is supposed to be telling you what you don't know. But it hasn't been that in I don't know how long.

Anyway, the [Barack] Obama administration took four years to say they weren't gonna do anything on George W. Bush. There were all kinds of people that wanted to prosecute him over the torture, quote, unquote, at Guantanamo Bay.

The one-two punch of New York media calling up every agency and corporate advertiser, keeping lists of advertisers who stayed on - " i.e., with Bill O'Reilly " - and those who fled, worked. As the publisher of a center-right magazine, this is disturbing. It sets a very bad precedent about the power of advertiser pressure and sends a message as an organization that you can essentially be blackmailed into getting rid of - " no kidding!
