That's what the Ivy League is. And many of the people there are legacy. Their families went there; their families are in government. The kids go there.

Trump supporters know when it's time to listen to him and when it's time to laugh and maybe not take it so seriously. They're having fun with it. And part of the reason is watch how tightly wound the people in the press corps are and openly, vividly demonstrate their utter inability to understand or relate to Trump.

In the media's eyes Bannon made Trump. Trump is too dumb to have made himself. Trump is too rough around the edges. Trump is not a deep enough thinker, and he's not nearly a brilliant strategist. Trump couldn't have gotten himself elected. That's what they all think. Bannon did that.

This is exactly the kind of thing that Trump supporters are fed up with about the Republican Party, how easy it is for so many in the Republican Party to sell out the party and join the Democrats - or not sell out the party, but stay within the party and advance the Democrats' agenda, be it with amnesty and immigration, abortion, who knows whatever it is.

I never, ever have seen media this way. It's almost indescribable. Making up stories, refusing to run real stories. It's making themselves look like utter fools. There's no journalism, there is no media. There's pure, full-fledged advocacy here.

Ronald Reagan leaves in 1989, and that's when coincidentally I show up, and that's when all these internecine wars within the conservative movement, and then William F. Buckley died. That's when all these intramural, internecine wars began for primacy, dominance, smartest guy-in-the-room competitions began in the conservative movement.

The Democrat Party has been reduced to the point it's not a national party anymore.
