The Saudis are so happy. People don't understand, the Saudi Arabian government - kingdom - hates Iran. They're scared to death of Iran. That's Shi'a versus Sunni Muslim, and the Iranians are Persians. They're not Arabs. So it's a double whammy. There is no love lost, and the Saudis have been petrified over Barack Obama's peace dance and nuclear dealings with the nation of Iran. They are ecstatic to have Donald Trump.
Rush LimbaughEven in this case, whatever it is, it's about [Barack] Obama. "How did Obama do at the memorial? Did Obama come off well? Will Obama's poll numbers go up? Did he really reach people?" The hell that there are 53 people dead. Nobody cares about them, like nobody cared about the four dead in Benghazi. All the media cared about, how did Obama do?
Rush LimbaughI must be honest. I can only read so many paragraphs of a New York Times story before I puke.
Rush LimbaughThe problem is that everybody, everybody - Donald Trump, Paul Ryan, everybody - on the Republican side said they can't do tax reform until Obamacare is improved, they can't do it. I think a lot is known about Obamacare. I think that's why it's so consistently polls with people opposed to it. I think people know how much it's cost particularly to people that have entered the exchanges, but I think everybody does. there's not a person in the world in this country who is not aware of the oppressive, out of any scope of normalcy costs and prices associated with it.
Rush LimbaughThe media is fully fine and hunky-dory with the idea that they may destroy somebody, and they think that's part of the job description. But you turn around and criticize them, and that's not permitted in the vacuum in which they live. They have free rein over you, because I guess this is how they define their constitutional responsibility. And since they have constitutional recognition, somehow they've all been taught at journalism school that nobody may assail them, that nobody may criticize them.
