This is the thing that forever frustrated me about Obama: Not recognizing American exceptionalism. We are the beacon of freedom and liberty. If we don't stand for it, it isn't gonna survive anywhere else because it's never existed in the world like it does here.

It's not usually anybody else's false when you don't get what you want. Sometimes it is. There's exceptions to everything. It's usually the self-limitations that we attach to ourselves.

Obamacare is making people divorce so they can afford it. And divorce hurts women and the children, and that is Obamacare and their War on Women.

I mean, we've had Republican majorities in the House and even the Senate for a couple of years. How has that worked out, stopping [Barack] Obama, hmm? Seriously.

You're not gonna win every outing. I don't mean game. You're not gonna beat everybody out for the top job. Sometimes you're gonna be the best, but you're not gonna get the gig because there are other factors, people making the decision might like somebody more than they like you. It's vicious. And you have to be totally, singularly focused on yourself. Not in a bad way.

I also think that there's a little peer pressure. They probably think that a majority of people their age think the same things and they want to be considered - I don't know what the word is - in, hip, whatever, with that bunch. I think time will take care of some of this as it is revealed that [Donald] Trump is not what they think.

My question is, if you think this stuff is fake news, why watch it? There's no value in it. Unless you're entertained by it and you have boundaries and the stuff's not gonna affect your mood, fine and dandy. But if it's gonna frustrate you, make you mad, you're not missing anything turning it off.
