They don't think there's anything wrong with them. What's wrong is their reader base, and they want to figure out what's wrong with you.

The word "federalism" you might think that means federalism trumps everything; federalism means federal domination. It does not mean that. It means the exact opposite, in fact. It means the states are sovereign and the federal government cannot tell 'em what to do in so many different ways.

There are exceptions to everything, but most businesses want to hire the best they can get for what they have to offer. If all they've got to offer is 15 an hour, they want the best they can get for it. They don't want the worst.
