I just want people to admit that there's no one way to live your life.

Why is it that when we get older, we get more fearful?

I can install toilets. I know all about the wax ring. I can tile floors. I'm learning how to do basic wiring.

The Hollywood I know has allowed me the opportunity after opportunity to keep doing new things and not send me out to pasture. I don't want to go to pasture. It's cold. I'm allergic to grass. And the cows are mean.

I've pretty much kicked over every stone. And there's nothing in me that says, "I must create this particular thing."

I consider myself sort of like a pseudo lawyer. Like, I'm convinced I can solve every case and argue my way.

I'm simply the mom who makes the lunch, drives to school, finds where the toys are, washes the clothes, and I'm here to play. And that's all I should be.
