Patriotic is saying, government, you know, you're not always the solution.

Only in an Orwellian [Barack] Obama world full of sprinkly fairy dust broken from atop his unicorn as he's peeking through a really pretty pink kaleidoscope would he ever see victory or safety for America or Israel in this treaty. This treaty will not bring peace. You don't reward terrorism. You kill it!

Despite what the pundits want us to think, contested primaries aren't civil war, they are democracy at work, and that's beautiful.

I used to wonder if the occasionally rough edges of politics were unique here under the Great North Star. But I ventured out a bit this past year, and I tell you that, as partisan quarrels go, ours really aren't so bad.

We need American sources of resources, we need American energy, brought to you by American ingenuity and produced by American workers.

The news makes me sad, so I don't watch it.
