I don't do any crazy diets. I take vitamins and eat three times a day.

Anywhere in the world you go, you find racism, discrimination. Not just in the United States, or in Texas. It's very sad for me, but that's the way it is. I can't change the world by myself. I, being Hispanic, have also faced discrimination. But … the world keeps turning.

I grew up in one of the biggest high schools in the world, and that's the Disney Channel. Everybody was falling in love with each other or not liking each other, and it was exhausting and I was the shy one in the corner. And now I'm so opinionated, and I don't have time for the cattiness. I have good people around me, and I'm glad I'm at the place I'm in. I wish I was there back then.

We went through a hard time, and we had to turn to music as a means to putting food on the table. And we've been doing it ever since. No regrets either.

It's important to always say thank you to your BFF.

It's overwhelming ... to know there are hundreds of kids out there that look up to me. I know that's a big responsibility. I am also very confident to say that it is wonderful and I'll do my best that I can do to be the best role model I can be.

With a positive attitude, you can be anything you want to be.
