It's kind of a shock to your skin, changing climates. It's new water, and new air quality.

If you come over to my house, I've had a lot of people be like 'Hey...did you mean to put these in the dishwasher?' And I'm like, no they're actually supposed to be in the freezer because I use them to get rid of under-eye bags when I wake up early in the morning.

To get rid of swelling... I put green tea bags on my eyelids. Or I grab cold spoons that I leave in the freezer and put them on my eyes.

When it comes to my skin, I take it seriously. Being on camera and doing what I do, it's very important to start with a good base. So finding products that work really well with your skin are important.

It's important to wake up everyday and remind yourself what you're working towards. You create your own life, it's not set out there for you.

When you look at yourself in the mirror, don't pinpoint the things that you aren't happy with. Appreciate what you were born with and acknowledge the fact that you are you, and that is something to celebrate.
