We've ceased making progress at the top in any industry anywhere in the world . In the United States, women have had 14% of the top corporate jobs and 17% of the board seats for 10 years. Ten years of no progress.

Build your skills, not your resume. Evaluate what you can do, not the title theyโre going to give you. Do real work. Take a sales quota, a line role, an ops job. Donโt plan too much, and donโt expect a direct climb. If I had mapped out my career when I was sitting where you are, I would have missed my career.
