I was lucky. My family is wonderful. And it's funny, because most of my best friends come from very large families. So it always felt as if I had lots of siblings, though in the end I had to leave them and go home. I kind of got the best of both worlds as a kid.

I'm an avid reader, and though it doesn't always work out in terms of relaxation, I've got to keep myself up to date with current affairs. I was a journalism student in college, and I don't feel like I can relax unless I feel informed. When people say they can't watch the news because it's too stressful, I just think, ignorance isn't bliss. It's just another way to procrastinate.

People care about my personal life. But really I'm dorky! I drink beer and go to football games. And ya know, sit in my house in a t-shirt on the weekends and play with my dog!

I get to do what I love every day. I get to crawl into someone else's head and I love that.

I want to play everything. I really want to do it all.

When you suffer a loss, there is before the death and after the death - those become your two existences and your two realities.

Regardless of what you plan on when you fall in love, significant others come and go in your life. Your friends are it. My friends are my everything.
