Simplicity is a matter of taste

We are in danger of destroying ourselves by our greed and stupidity. We cannot remain looking inwards at ourselves on a small and increasingly polluted and overcrowded planet.

If the total energy of the universe must always remain zero, and it costs energy to create a body, how can a whole universe be created from nothing?

It's clearly possible for a something to acquire higher intelligence than its ancestors: we evolved to be smarter than our ape-like ancestors, and Einstein was smarter than his parents.

There ought to be something very special about the boundary conditions of the universe and what can be more special than that there is no boundary?

The world has changed far more in the past 100 years than in any other century in history.
