I do believe in art and commerce coming together.

My personality is very good for nurturing. I'm very empathetic to my artists. You speak to anyone who's worked with me and they'll say, "Oh yeah, Steve's great. He doesn't have the ego."

I really need to push myself and try my hardest every time, because I come from the premise that I'm not very good and I have to give my best. Otherwise, I don't deliver.
