If you feel you can't forgive, ask God to penetrate your unforgiveness with His love. When we have to do the impossible, God says that the way it happens is "not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit" (Zechariah 4:6). This means that certain things will not be accomplished by human strength, but only by the power of God. The Holy Spirit will enable us to forgive even the unforgivable.

There are many things God wants to do on earth and in people's lives, but if someone doesn't leap in and answer the call to pray, it won't happen.

God is a place of safety you can run to, but it helps if you are running to Him on a daily basis so that you are in familiar territory.

You know how it feels when you're in love with somebody and you long to be with that person? God wants us to feel that way about Him.

Jesus made it possible for us to have the peace that passes all understanding-the kind that carries us, stabilizes us, grounds us, and keeps us from slipping.

Because God is a God of mercy and His mercy endures forever, you can trust that he will have mercy on you (See: 1 Chronicles 17:13). Therefore you can show mercy to your spouse by forgiving whenever he (she) does or says something that hurts or disturbs you.

Talking to God should be part of every aspect of life, in times of peace as well as in every battle.
