A moment of grace. There rose up within me a profound sense of being loved. Embodiment means we no longer say, I had this experience; we say, I am this experience.

Until we look from the bottom up we have nothing.

I realize what a strange in-between place I am in. The Young Woman inside has turned to go, but the Old Woman has not shown up.
