I guess my life was in a pretty disorderly fashion, so I think the music came out that way a little bit.

I think music has to be a fun experience, but it also needs to be in your blood. I firmly believe I was born to write beautiful music, and that's what I do, and that's why I don't do anything else, because I have no interest and no passion for it.

I don't really watch too many remakes. I saw Scorsese's version of Cape Fear, which was good. That was a good remake.
