The world is so constructed, that if you wish to enjoy its pleasures, you also must endure its pains.

The only difference between a rich man and a poor man, is that the poor man suffers uncomfortably, while the rich man suffers comfortably.

Meditate, meditate, meditate. Then you will find that people suffer for no reason when there is the mine of bliss in everyone’s heart. Then your heart will go out in sympathy and compassion for everybody.

However you try to define meditation, it’s not that.

The mind is susceptible to suggestions. It learns whatever you teach it.
