This perfection must come through the practice of holiness and love.

Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and everything shall be added unto you. This is the one great duty, this is renunciation. Live for an ideal, and leave no place in the mind for anything else. Let us put forth all our energies to acquire that which never fails-our spiritual perfection. If we have true yearning for realization, we must struggle, and through struggle growth will come. We shall make mistakes, but they may be angels unawares.

My son, hold fast! Do not care for anybody to help you. Is not the Lord infinitely greater than all human help? Be holy--trust in the Lord, depend on him always, and you are on the right track. Nothing can prevail against you.

Thinking of objects, attachment to them is formed in a man. From attachment longing, and from longing anger grows.

To believe that mind is all, that thought is all is only a higher materialism.

Don't you find that in a weak physique it is difficult to control the sex - appetite or anger?

This life is a hard fact; work your way through it boldly, though it may be adamantine; no matter, the soul is stronger.
