I want to start two institutions, one in Madras and one in Calcutta, to carry out my plan; and that plan briefly is to bring the Vedantic ideals into the everyday practical life of the saint or the sinner, of the sage or the ignoramus, of the Brahmin or the Pariah.

Renunciation is always the ideal of every race; only other races do not know what they are made to do by nature unconsciously.

Therefore my friends, as one of your blood, as one that lives and dies with you, let me tell you that we want strength, strength, and every time strength.

The highest manifestation of strength is to keep ourselves calm and on our own feet.

I, for one, thoroughly believe that no power in the universe can withhold from anyone anything they really deserve.

Each soul is a star and all stars are set in the infinite azure, the eternal sky-the Lord.
