Doing is very good, but that comes from thinking. Little manifestations of energy through the muscles are called work. But where there is no thought, there will be no work. Fill the brain, therefore, with high thoughts, highest ideals, place them day and night before you, and out of that will come great work.

Have faith in yourselves, and stand up on that faith and be strong; that is what we need.

The sign of death is weakness.

To give up the world is to forget the ego, to know it not at all - living in the body, but not of it.

The world cares little for principles. They care for persons.

Religion has become to many merely a means of doing a little charity work, just to amuse them after a hard day's labour - they get five minutes religion to amuse them. This is the danger with the liberal thought.
