Try a little harder, and meditation comes. You do not feel the body or anything else. When you come out of it after the hour, you have had the most beautiful rest you ever had in your life. That is the only way you ever give rest to your system. Not even the deepest sleep will give you such a rest as that.

Give everything and look for no return.

It is nature that is changing, not the soul of man. This never changes.

...Really, there is no greater sin than cowardice; cowards are never saved - that is sure. I can stand everything else but not that.

Take off the veil of hypnotism which you have cast upon the world, send not out thoughts and words of weakness unto humanity.

Give up the awful disease that is creeping into our national blood, that idea of ridiculing everything, that loss of seriousness. Give that up. Be strong and have this Shraddha, and everything else is bound to follow.

Unselfishness is more paying, only people have not the patience to practice it.
