Hold to the idea, "I am not the mind, I see that I am thinking, I am watching my mind act," and each day the identification of yourself with thoughts and feelings will grow less, until at last you can entirely separate yourself from the mind and actually know it to be apart from yourself.

These tremendous contradictions in our intellect, in our knowledge, yea, in all the facts of our life face us on all sides.

The Heart and core of everything here is good, that whatever may be the surface waves, deep down and underlying everything, there is an infinite basis of Goodness and Love.

It is the duty of all to support and side with Dharma. All must fight and support Dharma regardless of their personality, background, status.

Man in his true nature is substance, soul, spirit.

Let a man go down as low as possible; there must come a time when out of sheer desperation he will take an upward curve and will learn to have faith in himself.

Anything that makes weak - physically, intellectually and spiritually, reject it as poison.
