I think being a good Christian father, your responsibility varies with the age and the stage that your children are at.

Instead of loaves of bread, many times God gives out handfuls of purpose.

It is enough to be responsible for ensuring that our people have the opportunity to graze in the rich grass of God's nutritious word. Beyond that, we must trust the word to take it's effect. It will work faster in some people than in others. the spiritual body grows and metabolizes food at different rates much like the natural body does.

I was looking for excellence in any color or gender it comes in. Some of my top people are African American but not all of them.

As the old African adage says, 'everybody skin to me ain't kin to me'. So you can't exclusively make that the criteria of your job selection and say that it's right when it's black and discrimination when it's white.

Success is never an accident it's always on purpose.
